My name is Mahtaab Manekia, and I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Stetson University. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships, navigate life transitions, and find balance through deeper self-awareness.

Growing up in Tanzania and later moving to Canada and the United States, I bring a multicultural and faith-informed lens to therapy, honoring the diverse experiences that shape who we are. My approach is integrative, drawing from mindfulness, systemic, and relational frameworks to create a space that fosters healing, connection, and growth.

As both a therapist and yoga instructor, I incorporate mind–body awareness and mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, one rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and respect for your unique story.
